A Malnourished Puppy, Exhausted, Vomiting, Disoriented Like A Rag

A small, fragile, and completely bewildered body was found abandoned in the park, lying alone and in a pitiful state. The sight of this poor puppy tugged at the heartstrings of anyone who passed by. How could someone be so heartless as to ignore the needs of such an innocent creature?
